How it works

Book Your Day

Call to see dates available. Allow yourself a few days to do some prep work before your VIP Design Day.

You'll need to be available throughout your intensive to respond to quick texts, so don't choose a day that's already busy.



Book your date with a 50% deposit or pay in full.

Prep Work

Once you've booked, I'll send a questionnaire for you to fill out. You'll be asked to select a template here.

You'll need to provide domain info, finalized text for each page, desired navigation, and exact images desired. You'll need to have this returned a minimum of 3 days before VIP day. We'll do a one-hour kick-off call to review prework and ensure all material is ready to rock. I'll set expectations for the day of the intensive.

Your VIP Day

On your VIP day, I'll provide a dedicated 7 hours to your project. We'll communicate through a text, email, or phone depending on your choice to provide updates and gather clarifications.  While it is a very collaborative day, you will not need to be on zoom call! I keep it simple!

After we've completed our day together, I'll share website access and provide a video tutorial so you can access your site. I will provide 14 days of support on anything related to the work we did during your VIP Day!

Every VIP Design Day Includes

  • Kick-off strategy call before our day together

    In an 1-hr kick-off strategy call we'll review material and answer any questions you might have. This allows me to gather clarifications so that I can be as efficient as possible during your VIP day,

  • One full day of my time, dedicated to your design

    Because of my experience and my super-efficient process, I am able to achieve maximum results in our time together. How much we are able to accomplish depends on your preword and quick responses throughout our day.

  • Post-launch website walkthrough video

    I'll provide you will access to your website editor so you or a team member can make edits. If you'd prefer to renain hands-off, you can book an additional half-VIP day if needed.

  • Post-design support (for questions/tech issues)

    You'll also be able to compile a punch list of any small tweaks you'd like made to the design as you look over it and live with it for a bit.
